I like to work independently, take responsibility and offer my clients and colleagues a sense of security. It makes me happy. Initially, I was involved in planning and organising training sessions. Currently, I divide my time between the duties of the Administration Manager and managing training projects. I make sure that all details of projects are completed on time, in accordance with the highest quality standards and within the budget set by the client.
After 15 years at Kalkstein, I am an expert in the field of planning and logistics of training projects. I prefer to meet our clients early on, long before starting the implementation phase, in order to discuss the expected outcomes and quality standards at every stage of the goals and tasks. I am particularly interested in projects focused on developing managerial skills.
Privately, I am a happy wife and mother of Zuza. I like spending time with my loved ones. My hobbies include making artworks together with my daughter.
